Students will not be allowed into the room once class begins.
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early.
As with beginning any new excercise program, please consult with your doctor prior to attending a hot yoga class.
Once class begins, students will not be allowed in class.
All of our vinyasa yoga classes are multi-level however classes marked
with an * are more suitable for beginners.
